Updates & Insights

We’ve been thinking a lot lately about how much trust it takes for somebody to try a new fitness space or coach for the first time.

We may advertise on social media, but a recommendation from someone who already trains with us says far more than anything we could write about ourselves.

So if Evolve has been a positive part of your routine, we’d really appreciate you taking a couple of minutes to leave us a Google review and share your experience in your own words 🤍

As a thank you for the positive impact it makes, we always add 500 Evolve Points (£5) to your account once your review is live ⭐️

It really does help a small independent business like ours more than you probably realise, and brings us closer towards the improvements and developments we have planned for you.

Morning everyone - final spaces:

• Yoga on The Pier (26th July) - 6 spaces left

• Yoga & Sauna at The Beach (5th August) - 3 spaces left

I’ve heard lots of you talk about attending, so here’s your final chances to grab spaces 🧘🏼‍♀️🍃

Summer Schedule starts Monday,

see you soon 🙌🏼

The event has now been posted on socials, and Group 1 (yoga first/ sauna second) has just 5 spaces left. If you’re planning to attend then please book soon so you don’t miss out ✨

App members got a 48 hour early peek for booking, but now it’s open to all 😬

Studio 4, Summer Schedule, Events, New Classes, New Ideas…

Booking Open! Join for another energising yoga flow on Skegness Pier, with exclusive private access before the pier opens to the public.

Enjoy 90 minutes of guided movement overlooking the sea, followed by breakfast nibbles, tea and coffee, with the option to finish the morning with a refreshing sea dip 🌊

Our flowing practice will include full-body movement, standing sequences and sun salutations, helping you wake up both body and mind while enjoying the fresh sea air and stunning coastal views.

No yoga experience is needed. You’ll be guided through a variety of options throughout the session, allowing you to move at your own pace and choose what feels right for your body 🍃

Afterwards, stay and chat over breakfast nibbles prepared by Sam from Power Health & Wellness, or, if you’re feeling adventurous, join us for an optional sea dip!

Free, of course. Just tap RSVP so we know who to wait for before we set off ☀️ 🍃 🌊

Bookable in the App: Weigh, Measure & Goal Setting

Your weight is only one small part of the picture. Our body composition assessment gives you a much clearer understanding of what’s happening inside your body and where your focus should be.

Your check-in includes measurements such as:

• Body Fat %

• Muscle Mass

Join us next Sunday, 12th July, for a relaxed coastal walk from Gibraltar Point to The View in Winthorpe.

Sometimes the best thing you can do for your body and mind is simply get outside, breathe some fresh sea air, move at a nice pace and enjoy good company. This isn’t a race, a workout or a challenge - just a chance to switch off, get your steps in and enjoy the coastline we’re so lucky to have, together.

We’ll meet at Gibraltar Point before setting off along the beach, walking all the way back towards Winthorpe.

The route is approximately 9 miles and takes around 2-3 hours, depending on our pace

Once we arrive, you’re welcome to join us for an optional coffee, breakfast or lunch at The View. Everyone can then make their way home - either walking back, or arranging transport.

I’m currently making some changes that should streamline the booking process on the website and app, and help us capture and view your health information better.

Any sessions booked over the next few days may have some different or extra steps, as I need to add in the new forms and processes before I can take away the older ones.

Once I’ve made the changes, you should soon be able to skip the booking form fully when booking via the app, as long as you’ve done it once before and we have a Health Screening Form complete.

I’d also love to know of any niggles you may have found in general with:

• Website Booking

• App Booking

Shall we arrange a beach walk to make the most of the lovely weather this summer?

This would be an event with no charge of course, but a chance to get outside and socialise and connect outside of the studio. Which of the following would you prefer?

7 spaces left for Yoga on The Pier - celebrating the summer solstice with a 60 minute yoga flow, and breakfast nibbles, over the ocean 🌞 🌊

Before we announce this publicly, we want to give you the first opportunity to book 🙌🏼

On the morning of the Summer Solstice, 21st June, we’ll have private access to Skegness Pier before it opens for a special extended yoga experience, including breakfast nibbles and an optional sea dip or beach walk afterwards 🍃 🌊

Expect an uplifting, flowing session with standing sequences, full body movement, and plenty of sun salutations as we move together to celebrate the summer solstice ☀️

Afterwards, we have breakfast food and drink provided by Sam at Power Health & Wellness, plus a walk along the beach and the option of a sea dip for anyone wanting to fully embrace the experience 🌊

No yoga experience is necessary - options will be provided throughout, and you’ll be encouraged to move in a way that feels right for you 🧘🏼‍♀️

We’re planning some special events and sessions, at Evolve and elsewhere. Which would you be interested in?

We have 3x black fleeces left in stock, size S/M which can be collected right away - available to try on too ☺️

& I have a little favour to ask 🫶🏼

Our 5-minute video is now LIVE on our socials, showing what really happens inside Evolve Studios for the first time - and I would really appreciate your interactions and shares 🤍

I’ve been really nervous about the outcome of this because it’s open, honest and unscripted - and I feel quite protective and vulnerable about having everything put together in a video that was out of my control.

Lots of you guys are featured too 🤍

You’re welcome to share and tag but I can’t do so from a business page.

If you have a spare minute, it would mean so much if you could help boost this.

Hi everyone! The final weekend of May (which is a bank holiday ), there’ll be no classes on Friday 22nd evening, Saturday 23rd, Sunday 24th or Monday 25th morning. We’ll be back to usual on Monday evening.

Our downstairs building works will require 4 days time with no footfall in the main hallway and stairway so I’m taking advantage of the bank holiday weekend to schedule these works.

If anyone would like to have something arranged to do elsewhere or outside that weekend - a walk, a run, some movement on the beach, or a social coffee or lunch. Please like this post and we’ll possibly plan something outside of the studio ☺️

I now have both a S/M and a L/XL black Evolve fleece kept in stock which will be used for size comparison and try-ons ☺️

If you’ve been considering one but want to try -on first, let me know on your next session, or like this post and I’ll remind you ✨

App updates and new features are coming 🙌🏼 I have a question that will help with something new:

We have our final class filmings tomorrow with a few spaces left! 🚴🏽‍♂️🏋🏼🧘🏼‍♀️

• 6:15pm - Spin/Rhythm Ride (1 space left)

• 6:45pm - BodyPump (full with wait list)

• 7:30pm - Yoga (4 spaces left)

Each will be 20-30 minutes long, free to attend!

We’d really like each space filling so if you’re up for it please book in! 🙌🏼

This Sunday, 12th April at 08:30am

Join us for our next Sea Dip with Emma - LIKE this post if you’re coming! ☀️

This is a chance to step outside your usual routine and comfort zone, and into nature.

You'll reap several health benefits, feel incredible afterwards, and be ready to go again!

Sea-dips are known to help boost mood, improve circulation, increase energy levels, release built-up tension and help you manage stress - but most importantly, leaves you feeling refreshed, alive, and with proof that you can overcome a challenge 🙌🏼

Yes you’ll hesitate. Yes you’ll shriek.

Tomorrow we have a media crew in!

If you’d like to be involved in a 30 minute class filming, you can book onto any of the following sessions for free:

Friday 3rd

• 17:15 - SHAPES with Pilates

• 18:00 - KETTLEBELLS with FlowMotion

• 19:45 - BOXING with HIIT

EDIT: Should we make a Sea Dip with Emma monthly? LIKE this post to vote YES 🙌🏼

We can’t do the first Sunday of each month as planned due to things in Emma’s diary already, but we shall plan for the week after - Sunday 12th?

Today I’ll be making another order for Winter Merch, so please order today if you’ve like one of our fleeces or beanies.

Next up: Spring Merch! 🍃 I’d like your help choosing which items you’d like for Spring!

We’ll be releasing two Evolve items per season (oversized tees are lined up for summer, and hoodies for autumn) 🙌🏼

Booking for our first 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 is now open: Saturday 4th April at 10:00 ✨

Our new Masterclasses are small group, hands-on workshops designed to help you better understand and begin to master the fundamental movements that appear within many workouts.

𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 Masterclass focuses on the movements that form 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀, 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲, and 𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗘𝗦 classes alongside other Stretch and Sculpt sessions.

We’ll slow things down and allow you to move at your pace, giving you time to explore each movement, build control, and develop a stronge awareness of how your body works 💪🏽

𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

Join us this morning at 08:00 as we welcome the first Sunday of Spring with a Sea Dip ✨

Led by Emma, this is a chance to step outside your usual routine and comfort zone, and do something a little different.

The water might feel cold at first, but that’s where the magic is - that initial shock allows your body’s natural release that quickly turns into a calm, clear, feel-good reset.

✨ 𝐒𝐞𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐭𝐨:

• 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲

• 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

On Friday 3rd April (evening), plus another date to be confirmed, we’ll be having Sinarchie Media filming some of our classes!

We need approximately 6 participants per class. If you’d be willing to be involved, please LIKE this post.

We’ll be sending invites for each class, so if there’s a particular one you’re most comfortable with, please comment that below too ☺️

Interviews are also being arranged, so if you’d be willing to speak at all, please let me know!

Take a look at Sinarchie Media on socials to see their work. They’re creating a 5-8 minute video of the story of Evolve - who we are, what we do, and why do things the way we do 🙌🏼

I’ll be placing our next merch order of fleeces and beanies this weekend 🙌🏼 This will be the final delivery arriving in March.

If you’ve had your eye on something, but are unsure on sizing, I’m happy to order two options so you can try them on and choose the best fit before deciding which to have.

Simply place an order for one, and then pop me a message to let me know you’d like to try another size, and I’ll make sure there’s an extra on the way for you to compare both.

Head to the 🛒 Shop & Merch tab in the app to see the items and more info, or quick click below 👇🏼

Take a look at the new Nutrition tab in the app - run by Sam Power, your holistic Nutrition Coach who’s working on new nutrition services and support at Evolve Studios ✨

Sam will be sharing recipes and guidance there, and the tab has a space for you to ask questions and get support in all things food!

Take part in the Nutrition polls to let us know what would support you best, and you can always privately message Sam using the apps chat feature in the top right.

We have some exciting things planned as our expansion unfolds that you’re going to love 😍

We might have found a potential new Personal Trainer, Instructor & Run Coach… (female)

Like this post if you’re keen for an Evolve Run Club starting in the Spring? 🤩🏃🏼‍♂️

(Pending some trails to check if you all think she’s a good fit for us ✅)

If you’d like to hear about the plans with a little more detail, grab a brew - here’s the info ☺️

I’m going to start adding some weekly online group coaching sessions to the schedule - free for app members ✨

The sessions will be on Zoom so you can join anywhere, and I’ll be here for you to ask questions, chat, or just listen in to pick up some advice.

You can be there the whole time, or just pop on for 5 minutes if something’s been on your mind that you’d like some help with. Book on every now and then or join in weekly for accountability.

You can use it for:

• training questions

• nutrition guidance

I’m placing the supplier order later today for all Evolve beanies & fleeces purchased this week 🤍

If you want yours to have a delivery date this month, 6pm this evening is the cut-off point to order. (Orders before last Sunday are already on their way 🙌🏼)

These pieces have been fully tested in and out of the studio, and the embroidered logo quality is 👌🏼 Both are warm enough for winter walks and cosy enough to wear casually and warming up into the studio ✨

Order inside the tab → 🛒 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗽 & 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗵

Hey everyone 🤍

On Friday 3rd April, we’ll be welcoming Sinarchie Media for a media day to capture the story and purpose of Evolve Studios.

Alongside clips of the classes (more info to come) the focus is on capturing the journey of Evolve - how it started, why it exists, and what it means to the people who train here.

They’d love to include a small number of clients who are happy to talk about their experience and what Evolve has meant to them.

The setup is very relaxed - more like a casual chat, with the camera quietly running in the background. They then take your chat and will snip it up for the best bits. Nothing scripted, no pressure, and the team are genuinely warm and easy to talk to.

Some of what you share may be used on camera, and some may be used as voiceover over…

Our app has a NEW tab: 🛒 Shop & Merch

This is where you can purchase our new Evolve Beanie hats, and more to come! 🫶🏼

Orders will be made weekly on a Sunday, so please purchase via the app tab or link below to have yours in the first order today ✨

Merchandise has been highly requested and we are carefully selecting quality products. This is the first. Always send us your ideas and suggestions for what to add next 🤩

Hello my loves.

I have dislocated and sprained my wrist. My sessions and classes will go ahead as usual, I’ll just be one handed!

If you’re familiar with a class, I’d love to invite you to front mats or bikes for the next week to help others see a full picture of what’s going on, with both hands 😅

Thank youuuuuu 🤍✨

I’ve had some branded beanies made for myself and the team ✨ Would you like one?

Plenty of you have asked about Evolve clothing and accessories over the years. So if you’d like one of these, please message me or comment below and I can place a second order for everyone. They’re just £22.00 each with the logo embroidered ☺️

From today, I’ll be sending weekly Sunday coaching emails, designed to help you approach food, training, and life with more clarity and intention 🙏🏼

Not just workouts or food advice – but the thinking that helps people stop getting stuck, stop second-guessing themselves, and actually move forward.

I’ve decided that a valuable and needed use of some of my time, is to share that coaching more openly, for free ✨

Subscribe to weekly Sunday coaching by scrolling down to the subscribe form on the website home page:

www.evolveskegness.co.uk

The first email goes out this evening at 6pm 📨

• New “Book Now” tab lists each session and category tabs, for easier booking when you know exactly which class you want.

• Tapping a session name in the Book Now tab will bring up the class description and important info.

• The “Classes” tab is now the “Schedule” tab. Showing the current schedule and keeping the usual ability to flick through what’s coming up and quick tap to book

• Package Purchase is now at the bottom of the “Book Now” tab. However you have the option to purchase at the time of booking also.

• Your “Home” tab Workout Tracker now only tracks total workout you attended and were checked in to. Previously, it tracked every booked workout, including every reschedule and re-book, which was inflating the figures.

• The “Personal Training” tab will be replaced with an “Evolve Gym” tab which will include gym training packages, programmes…

Thinking back to when you discovered Evolve Studios and knew you’d like to try a class, which of the following things do you think would have made you feel more confident to start sooner?

A reminder to dress with layers whilst the weather is cold, as Studio 1 is difficult to heat. This one of the main reasons we are building our NEW ground floor studio, as we will be able to install heating 🙌🏼

The new studio is set to be ready before Spring and will be much cosier for slower paced classes like Yoga, Pilates and flowMotion.

Until then, I’d love your opinions on the slower classes in Studio 1 for now, and how you think we are best scheduling them:

The bookshelf in our office/new consultation room will now be dedicated to housing Recipe, and Self Development books for you to borrow and use, with no charge.

If you have any recipe or helpful non-fiction books sitting round that you no long want, you could consider donating them to Evolve for everyone to benefit from, and of course take advantage of borrowing others for yourself 🤍

If you like this idea, please like this post!

Any problems with non-return of books will have this feature removed.

We love seeing you bring friends along to classes, and we have plenty of newcomers making their first cooking this month 🙌🏼 Just a quick reminder to make sure you’re getting the rewards you’re entitled to.

When you use the Refer Friends feature in the app:

• Your friend gets 50% off their first class

• You get a £5 voucher to use on classes or packages 🎉

Unfortunately, referrals can’t be back-tracked if the feature isn’t used.

👉🏽 How to do it properly:

𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 ✨

You don’t 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 goals, or pressure. Just a year of actually looking after yourself – inside and out.

If you’re moving with us this evening, on the first day of the year, here’s the lineup:
