This week I’ll be a participant for the first time in a very long time! I’m doing tonight’s 5:30pm UPLIFT and tomorrow’s 5:30pm FLOWMOTION as a participant - neither of which I’ve done before!
Who’d like to join me? Most of you know the class better than me by now so I’m excited to follow and do something new 🙌🏼
