Terms and Conditions

By booking and/or participating in a fitness class, training session, online challenge or any other service offered by "Gerry Leanne PT" (Gerry Leanne Harding),  or other trainers providing sessions bookable within evolve.skegness.co.uk - you agree to the following:

Your health

Your health and safety is your own responsibility and you (the client/customer/participant) agree that you are over 16 years old and in a state of physical health where you have no reason to expect any illness or injury due to your participation in an activity. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in any given activity and will cease participation if unusual symptoms occur.

Booking and Cancellations

You are able to book sessions and classes up to 30 days in advance. Your booking is confirmed via your payment and cannot be reserved. Please book ahead to secure your chosen time/space.

Personal Training: All bookings must be made via my website or app and payment is required at time of booking. You can choose to book and pay for one session at a time, or purchase a package that gives you credits to redeem within a set period of time.

Individual PT bookings (booking and paying for one at a time) cannot be refunded. Rescheduling is only possible by contacting me at least 12 hours before your bookings start time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session lost.
Personal Training Packages will issue you with credits for the number of sessions you have chosen. These sessions are to be booked in by yourself, and they do have an expiry date (please check the package details). Sessions can be rescheduled by yourself in my app up to 12 hours before the session start time. Late cancellations (within 12 hours) or no-shows will lead to that credit/session to be lost.

Classes packages will issue you with credits for the number of classes you have chosen. Cash: Cash payments can only be accepted for PT Packages and Class packages, not singular sessions. If you prefer to pay in cash, you must make the correct payment for the chosen package in-person prior to any of the sessions. Credits will be loaded into your account once payment is received.
 

Refunds are not available for any past or future sessions for any reason. Unused bookings or credits cannot be extended past an expiry date or be transferred to another person.

What's involved

Fitness programmes, personal training sessions and classes will include exercises to target the cardiorespiratory system and musculoskeletal system to improve fitness levels and body composition. Exercise may include aerobic activity, callisthenics exercises, resistance training, and mobility and flexibility exercises; and will vary in intensity from low and high intensity.

You will be encouraged to perform close to your own safe capacity within sessions, however your condition will always be best monitored by yourself and you should cease participation if any unusual symptoms or feelings of severe discomfort arise.

Your results

Personal Training and Fitness Classes are popular due to the guidance, encouragement and expertise you receive from your trainer. However, you must acknowledge that personal training and fitness classes alone do not guarantee reaching your health and fitness goals, as your overall lifestyle choices alongside your training programme have a great impact on your results.

You may receive extra advice from your trainer, such as dietary or activity suggestions, that may be imperative to your success. It will be your responsibility to implement this advice when given as it may be vital in working with your programme,  training sessions or classes to achieve your goal.

Within sessions and classes, you will get out what you put in. Minimal effort leads to minimal results.

Your success is your own responsibility.

Liability

You agree to hold harmless the personal trainer, fitness centre and any of its staff members from any and all claims, suits, losses or related causes of action for damages, illness or injury (including death), accidental or otherwise, during or arising in any way from the fitness class, personal training session, training programme or any advice given.
