Service Description

Trigger Point Pilates (TPP) is a fitness system that combines Pilates core exercises with myofascial release techniques, using small equipment like balls and foam rollers to stimulate trigger points and release tension in the body's fascia (connective tissue). The goal is to alleviate chronic pain, improve functional movement, and enhance the body's flexibility and overall health by addressing tight muscles and the connective tissue that wraps around them
