Those of you who attend our Spin sessions with Chris will know about our HR Monitoring system in Studio 2, but would you like it in studio 1 too? ๐Ÿค”

Using a compatible watch or device, your heart rate and training zone is displayed live on screen during class/session.

Monitoring your intensity helps ensure youโ€™re getting the most out your session. This also allows your trainer to coach you to the correct intensity more appropriately (push you forward or pull you back in the right places according to your goal)

Not only does live HR monitoring benefit your in-session motivation and effort - your workouts can then be saved, reviewed and compared in your own account whenever you like. Feel and see the results, but also have the data โœ”๏ธ

As trainers, this live in-session data helps us offer even more personalised coaching and movement options for each individual in the moment, but also gives us insight of exactly how to adapt sessions over time to ensure your workout is always effective for our specific clients.
