NEW FEATURE/SESSION:

I am planning to add some “Check in” sessions to the schedule. Bookable for free for class clients - a 30 minute weigh in and measure appointment for up to 4 people at once.

We shall check in on your progress and talk through how to make changes, for those where weight and measurements are relevant to reaching your goal. We’ll use bioimpedence scales that measure body fat, body water, muscle mass, protein intake etc alongside other useful stats.


These will be scheduled just before a regular class to make it easier for you to check in.
