ℹ️ Reformer Pilates

Pricing, schedule, and booking info:

Reformer Pilates is a speciality class that will be priced separately and not included in class blocks.

Group sessions will be £25 each for the 45 minute class. 1:1 Reformer Sessions will be £40.

There will be 4 reformers and 4 spaces per class. We may begin with 3 spaces if the class is ready before the fourth reformer arrives, but this will only be a few sessions before we move to 4.

I am aiming for classes to begin in September, however it could be early to mid October depending on paperwork delays in my grading, certification and sign off which I am accounting for. (My Level 4 Master PT qualification took 3 weeks to officially pass after I was told it was all done and passed)

When booking goes live, all pre-registered clients who have attended a class at Evolve Studios in the past two weeks (as of the time of booking opening), will receive the first notification of spaces becoming available. This will be a few hours ahead of the “48 Hour Advance Notice” that all pre-registered people will get, giving you priority spaces because of your commitment to training.

Then, 48 hours later, booking will open publicly and be shared to social media. I very much expect the first 6 weeks to be fully booked by the time this happens.

Planned Session Times:

• Mondays 9:30am

• Tuesdays 7:00am

• Wednesdays 6:30pm

• Wednesdays 7:30pm

• Saturdays 10:30am

I have also pencilled in some 1:30pm and 4:30pm times, but the days are yet to be settled.

These times may adjust slightly by up to 15 minutes due to the time needed to set up the Reformers. This will be confirmed after more run throughs of me setting up the room and seeing how long it takes (and getting faster).

When booking goes live, you’ll be able to book up to 6 weeks ahead as usual. The cancellation policy is 6 hours as usual, however single class bookings no longer issue a refund when cancelling. The reschedule option should be chosen to avoid losing your booking, or if cancelling I can credit your account with points to the value of your booking to book again. (My system has added stricter refund parameters that include fees to me, so a full value refund in class credit will be a new policy going forwards, to avoid a monetary refund that will need to have fees deducted)

Points are accrued for Reformer Pilates classes and your points can be redeemed to book them, just like usual.

Reformer Pilates is a full body workout that I will be coaching you through verbally and manually. This includes hands-on coaching for proper alignment. I will not be using a reformer myself during your session. A good foundation in Mat Pilates is highly recommended, as Reformer Pilates builds on the Mat Pilates by adding instability and resistance. I am actively discouraging those who are completely new to fitness from booking this class. This is for the safety of their participation, but also because this specialist class will be very popular and I want to prioritise those of you who are showing up and making the effort for yourselves already. You always come first.

Reformer Pilates may have its own block in the future that includes a discounted price for recurring bookings - however blocks cannot be offered yet as the demand will outweigh the number of spaces available - meaning blocks will end up expiring with unused credits that couldn’t be booked.

I hope this information is useful and has answered some questions. Lastly, based on the above info, I’d love to know how often you plan to attend Reformer class if you do intend to join us. This will help me see if I do need to try and add even more sessions initially to suit everyone, so please vote in the below poll.

Thank you for your patience!
