If you want to hook up to our Heart Rate system in classes to monitor your input and effort, I recommend a brand called COOSPO who have options on Amazon for around £25 here:

As long as the monitor supports “ANT+” it will hook up just fine! Garmin watches are compatible, but Apple Watches and Fitbits are not I’m afraid.
