Changes to PAY-PER-CLASS

Coming soon, the pay-per-class option will be removed and replaced with a simple ๐ญ-๐๐น๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ฃ๐น๐ฎ๐ป.
This solves several problems and gives you a better experience:

When you cancel a pay-per-class booking (even within the correct cancellation window), the system does not issue a refund. I have to check up on cancellations and manually issue a refund (whilst booking fees are still charged to me), or I have to manually add points to let you re-book - itโs a bit faffy!

With a 1-Class Plan, your credit instantly returns to your account the moment you cancel (as long as itโs within the correct cancellation window), so you can easily book again. No checking for a refund, no extra steps to redeem a coupon code, and no delay in rebooking.

Right now, if you โrescheduleโ a single paid for class, the system only lets you move it to the exact same class on another day.
With a class credit, you can simply cancel so the credit pops back instantly, and then you can re-book any session you like - A different class, a different day, the very next morningโฆ complete flexibility.

You may have noticed that coupon codes, from reward points or special vouchers (eg. birthday vouchers) can only be used on Single Bookings OR Packages, and never for both to let your choose. All bookings technically being a Package will mean all coupon codes can be used on whatever you like: 1 class or more!
So the ๐ญ-๐๐น๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ฃ๐น๐ฎ๐ป still allows pay-per-class. It just becomes a credit plan like the rest so cancellations and coupons work better. If you are a pay-per-class person, this option is now live for you to use and trail before the usual version is removed.
