A few common questions about our Padel event this Saturday:

• What time to arrive? I have hired 9am to 12pm for us but you can arrive any time, and stay as long as you like. Be that all three hours or even just half an hour where it suits your schedule. We’d love to see you there and you can advantage of a free chance to give it a go!

• Do I have to play? No. There’s a seated area and they offer tea and coffee, so you’re welcome to come by to social or just enjoy a drink and see what the place is like. All 4 of your evolve instructors will be there and the familiar faces you see in the studio top. We’ll be on and off courts and generally just soending time tougher!

• Do I need to know what to do? Not at…

Hi everyone!

There’s a few days that I won’t have classes as I am away - between 22nd and 26th October. (My first week off since June 2024 🫣).

We have daily classes with both Sam and Emma so please jump into something new and keep moving if this affects your usual routine 🙏🏼
