Service Description

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 Uplift 50+ is designed to support strength, mobility and overall wellbeing for those aged 50 and above. However this class is open to all ages who would benefit. This class combines light strength training with mobility and flexibility work to help maintain healthy joints, improve posture and build confidence in everyday movement. The focus is on moving well, maintaining strength and keeping the body feeling capable, supported and energised. 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 & 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 • Functional strength for everyday life • Improved mobility and joint health • Balance and coordination • Posture and movement confidence • Energy, wellbeing and longevity 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 • 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (all is provided): You’ll have your own set of light dumbbells and supportive equipment such as bands and mats to help you move comfortably and safely • 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼: Moderate intensity with flexible pacing, structured blocks and planned recovery. Move at a speed that supports you, with no need to follow the beat of the music • 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗯𝗲: Uplifting, supportive and encouraging. A positive environment focused on feeling stronger, moving better and enjoying the process. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 Classes are led by Sam, Evolve’s Holistic Wellbeing Coach, who brings a supportive and balanced approach to strength, mobility and overall health. Sam focuses on helping you move with confidence, improve how your body feels day-to-day, and maintain strength that supports an active lifestyle. 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Participants may be asked to complete a short health questionnaire before attending so we can ensure the class is suitable and provide appropriate guidance where needed.
