IMPORTANT: Before booking this class, it is vital you attend our Reformer Pilates: Beginners class first. 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 Reformer Pilates is a next-level Pilates session that takes your strength and mobility further. Using the specialist Reformer machine, you’ll work with targeted resistance across the whole body, with particular focus on the core. This class is about control, precision and results that traditional training often struggles to reach. 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 & 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 • Deep core strength and stability • Improved posture, alignment and control • Full-body strength with low joint impact • Increased mobility and movement quality 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 • 𝗘𝗾𝗎𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (all is provided): Reformer machine with adjustable springs and straps • 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼: Low to moderate impact with slow, controlled, resistance-based movement • 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗯𝗲: Focused, calm, explorative, with hands-on coaching 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 Reformer Pilates is coached by Gerry Leanne, Level 3 Reformer Pilates Instructor, whose precise, music-led teaching style emphasises control, alignment and quality of movement. Expect close guidance, clear cues and an immersive session that helps you move with confidence and purpose. 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 • Small class sizes allow for close supervision and support • Previous injuries, particularly affecting the spine, hips or shoulders, should be disclosed before class. A health questionnaire must be completed before attendance • 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿: Anyone unable to work safely with resistance-based equipment, or those with poor balance as this class includes standing and balancing on a moving surface • 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲: Suitable during pregnancy only with prior Reformer experience and medical clearance.
