Personal Training can only been booked with a pre-purchased plan and secured weekly training time. New clients can get in touch to request a consultation, and register interest for open spaces via the Personal Training page of our website or app. Personal Training is only available to those age 18+ Please make all bookings at least 24hrs ahead of time. Same day bookings may not be confirmed.
