Service Description

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 Power Yoga is a dynamic, strength-focused practice that blends flowing sequences with strong, purposeful postures. Sessions are more physically demanding, linking breath with movement to build heat, stamina and full-body strength while maintaining control and intention. 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 & 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 • Full-body strength and muscular endurance • Improved flexibility and mobility • Core strength and balance • Cardiovascular challenge and focus 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 • 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (all is provided): Yoga mats and optional blocks • 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼: Moderate to high intensity with continuous flow and minimal rest • 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗯𝗲: Energetic, focused and empowering 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 Power Yoga is coached by Emma, authentic 200-hour Yoga Teacher, whose confident, hands-on teaching style brings structure and clarity to dynamic movement. Expect strong cues, precise alignment guidance and encouragement that helps you challenge yourself while moving safely and effectively. 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 • Options and regressions are provided where appropriate • Previous injuries, particularly affecting shoulders, wrists or lower back, should be disclosed to the instructor before class. A health questionnaire must be completed before attendance • 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿: Anyone looking for a slow-paced or restorative yoga session • 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲: Not suitable during pregnancy unless you have an established Yoga practice and have received medical clearance. Please inform the instructor before booking
