𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦 POUND Unplugged is a 45-minute class that balances focused, high-intensity exercises with restorative movements, and rhythmic breathing. Using Ripstix®, exercise drumsticks, POUND Unplugged connects mind, body and sound to create immersive, deeply intentional journey with a mix of hi-fi and lo-fi music that will move you. 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧'𝗦 𝗜𝗡𝗩𝗢𝗟𝗩𝗘𝗗 The aggressive energy of Pound® Rockour Workout becomes a lo-fi blend of rock and reset. Move through a beautiful Flow track to unwind and release tension, before the challenge of two Heat tracks to ignite your fire and burn up a sweat. Take the mat for two pilates-based core tracks that will deepen your workout, and finish with cathartic and relaxing breath work to reset your mind, body and soul. 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 You don't need to bring anything other than water and towel for any classes at Evolve Studios. All equipment is provided for you, but if you do prefer your own mat, you’re welcome to bring it along! 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 Pound® Unplugged is designed for all fitness levels with modifications for each move. The whole class is low impact which means no jumping is involved whilst each move still brings maximal energy and burn. Pregnancy: This class can be safe through the fist and second trimester if already familiar with the class. Do not try POUND® for the first time if pregnant. 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 All sessions begin promptly at the time stated, please arrive 5 minutes early. Minimum age for attendance is 16 years. No children or bystanders are permitted within the venue. 6 hour cancellation policy for rescheduling applies - otherwise booking is lost.
