Service Description

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 A class that challenges strength, stability and flexibility together. With controlled sequences inspired by yoga and Pilates, BODYBALANCE™ tests how well your body moves and reveals your weaknesses. It’s demanding, but incredibly effective for improving how you move and feel in your body every day. 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 & 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 • Improved flexibility, balance and mobility • Core strength and postural control • Increased body awareness and movement quality • Full-body strength through controlled movement 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 • 𝗘𝗾𝗎𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (all is provided): Yoga mat only, all movements are bodyweight • 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼: Moderate intensity with controlled sequences and deliberate transitions • 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗯𝗲: Focused, grounding and purposeful 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 BODYBALANCE is coached by Gerry Leanne, certified Les Mills BODYBALANCE™ whose music-led, flowing teaching style keeps movement continuous and intentional. Gerry moves with the music throughout, offering clear cues and strong direction that help you stay connected, challenged and in control of your body. 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 • Options and alternatives are provided • Previous injuries, particularly affecting knees, hips or lower back, should be disclosed before class. A health questionnaire must be completed before attendance • 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿: Anyone looking for stretch without challenge, or those with difficulties in quadruped (hands and knees) position • 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲: Suitable during pregnancy with appropriate modifications. Please inform the instructor before class
