𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 Infrared Pilates combines controlled Pilates movements with the gentle warmth of infrared heat to create a deeply engaging, full-body workout. The warmth of the room helps muscles relax and move more freely, while Pilates exercises focus on building core strength, stability and muscular endurance. Classes feature controlled movements, pulses and high repetitions designed to activate deep muscles and improve posture, strength and overall body control. Infrared Pilates offers a challenging but low-impact workout that leaves you feeling strong, energised and deeply worked. 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 & 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 • Deep core strength and stability • Muscular endurance and tone • Improved posture and body control • Increased flexibility and mobility • Low-impact, joint-friendly strength work 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 • 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (all is provided): Pilates mats and supportive equipment such as resistance bands, pilates ball, and small weights may be used to add challenge and variety • 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼: Moderate intensity with slow, controlled movements, pulses and high repetitions that deeply engage the muscles • 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗯𝗲: Focused, immersive and empowering. Expect strong muscular work in a warm, atmospheric studio environment 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 Classes are led by Gerry, a Level 4 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Pilates Instructor, Level 3 Reformer Pilates Instructor. Gerry’s coaching focuses on precise movement, deep muscular engagement and helping participants build strength, control and confidence in their body. 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Infrared classes may not be suitable for everyone. Please ensure you are well hydrated and speak to the instructor before class if you have any health conditions that may be affected by heat.
