HOT Yoga (Infrared)

Experience the challenge and release of Hot Yoga, in 35-40ºc Infrared Studio.

Service Description

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 Hot Yoga combines traditional yoga practice with the intensity of our infrared studio heated to temperatures of up to 35-40°C, creating an immersive physical and mental challenge. The infrared heat penetrates into the body, helping muscles feel more supple as you work through a flowing sequence of stretches, balances, holds and yoga postures. While the movements remain controlled and purposeful, practising in high heat significantly increases the challenge of the session. Alongside developing flexibility, mobility and balance, Hot Yoga asks you to slow your breathing, maintain focus and stay connected to your body while working in an intense environment. Expect to move, stretch, breathe and sweat - a challenging practice that leaves you feeling deeply worked, released and reset.
