Service Description

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 Hot Yoga combines traditional yoga movements with the gentle warmth of infrared heat to help the body relax, stretch and move more freely. The warmth of the room encourages muscles to release tension, allowing for deeper stretching while supporting mobility and relaxation. Classes flow through a series of yoga poses designed to improve flexibility, balance and strength while encouraging mindful breathing and body awareness. This class is suitable for those looking to unwind, improve flexibility and enjoy the calming, immersive experience of practising yoga in a warm environment. 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 & 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 • Improved flexibility and mobility • Deep muscle relaxation • Balance and body awareness • Stress relief and relaxation • Gentle strength through yoga postures 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 • 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (all is provided): Yoga mats and supportive props such as blocks and straps are available to help explore poses comfortably • 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼: Gentle to moderate intensity with smooth, controlled movements. The warm room helps the body relax into stretches and encourages steady, mindful movement • 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗯𝗲: Calm, immersive and grounding. A warm space to slow down, stretch deeply and focus fully on your breath and movement 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 Classes are led by Emma, a qualified 2–hour Yoga Teacher, Level 3 Personal Trainer, and GP Referral qualified instructor. Emma’s teaching focuses on helping participants move with awareness and confidence while building strength, flexibility and balance through well-guided yoga practice. 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Hot classes may not be suitable for everyone. Please ensure you are well hydrated and contact us before booking if you have any health conditions that may be affected by heat.
