Service Description

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 A movement-based class focused on improving mobility and how your body moves. You’ll explore controlled, flowing sequences at your own pace, creating space, easing restriction, and restoring natural movement patterns. Supportive, intelligent movement designed to help you move better, feel freer, and carry that ease into everything else you do. 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 & 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 • Improved mobility and joint freedom • Reduced stiffness and movement restriction • Core control, balance and coordination • Greater ease and confidence in everyday movement 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 • 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (all is provided): Bodyweight movements both standing and on yoga mat. • 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼: Low to moderate intensity with smooth, flowing sequences performed at your own pace. • 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗯𝗲: Calm, supportive and grounding, with an emphasis on moving well rather than moving fast. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 FlowMotion is coached by Sam Power, a certified M1ND Mobility coach with a holistic approach to health and fitness. Sam’s sessions are warm, encouraging and thoughtfully paced, helping you feel supported while restoring movement quality, confidence and control. 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 • Options and alternatives are provided • Previous injuries or movement limitations should be disclosed to the instructor before class. A health questionnaire must be completed before attendance • 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿: Anyone with formal instruction to reduce range of movement. • 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲: Suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy. During later stages, please consult with the instructor in regards to the suitability of the current routine. Medical clearance may be required.
