Service Description

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 Flow 50+ is designed to support mobility, flexibility and movement confidence for those aged 50 and above. However, this class is open to all ages who would benefit. Combining Pilates-inspired exercises, mobility work and gentle yoga flows, this class helps you build strength and control while improving how comfortably and freely you move. The focus is on maintaining mobility, supporting posture and helping your body feel capable and confident in everyday life. 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 & 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 • Mobility and flexibility • Core strength and stability • Balance and coordination • Posture and body awareness • Confidence and ease in everyday movement 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 • 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (all is provided): You’ll have a mat and access to supportive equipment where needed to help you move comfortably. • 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼: A controlled, steady-paced class with time to understand each movement. Options are available, so you can work at a level that suits you. • 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗯𝗲: Calm, supportive and encouraging. A relaxed environment where you can focus on moving well, building confidence and feeling good. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 Classes are led by Sam, Evolve’s Holistic Wellbeing Coach, ad specialist in exercise for older adults, who brings a supportive and balanced approach to movement, mobility and overall health. Sam focuses on helping you understand your movements, improve how your body feels day-to-day and build confidence in what it can do. 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Participants may be asked to complete a short health questionnaire before attending so we can ensure the class is suitable and provide appropriate guidance where needed.
