Service Description

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 A focused strength class built to target the core, glutes and back. Develop deep core strength, stability and rotational power, shaping the body while improving how you move and perform. This is strength and alignment with far-reaching benefits – everything works and feels better when your powerhouse is strong. 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 & 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 • Deep core strength and stability • Stronger glutes and posterior chain • Improved spinal support and posture • Better movement efficiency and control 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 • 𝗘𝗾𝗎𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (all is provided): Mats, weights, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises • 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼: Moderate intensity with controlled, deliberate movement and minimal momentum • 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗯𝗲: Focused, strong and purposeful 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 Powerhouse CORE is coached by Gerry Leanne, certified Les Mills CORE™ instructor whose music-led, high-energy style keeps the class structured and engaging while maintaining precision and control. Expect clear cues, strong coaching and an immersive session that helps you connect to your strength from the centre out.
