Service Description

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 The original, world-famous barbell class. BODYPUMP™ trains the entire body and gets you leaner, stronger and fitter through structured, high-energy lifting. You’ll choose your own weights and progress at your pace in a motivating, energising, music-driven workout. 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 & 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 • Full-body strength and muscular endurance • Increased muscle tone and definition • Core strength and postural support • Improved stamina and overall fitness 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 • 𝗘𝗾𝗎𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (all is provided): Barbell, weight plates, dumbbells, step and mat • 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼: Moderate to high intensity with continuous, repetitive lifting set to the music • 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗯𝗲: High-energy, motivating and immersive – move with the beat and let it drive you further 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 BODYPUMP is coached by Gerry Leanne, certified Les Mills BODYPUMP™ Instructor. Her music-led, high-energy style brings rhythm and flow to every session, with clear cues, strong motivation and an immersive class experience that keeps you fully engaged from start to finish. 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 • Options and alternatives are provided, with the ability to select your own weights • Previous injuries, particularly affecting shoulders, knees or lower back, should be disclosed before class. A health questionnaire must be completed before attendance • 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿: Anyone with an injury that can be affected by high repetition movement • 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲: Suitable during pregnancy for those with prior fitness routine.
