A special wellness experience
Join us for another unique evening of movement, relaxation and connection as we bring together a beautiful evening Yoga with Emma, a traditional wood-fired sauna on the beach with Zoky Saunascape, and nourishing food at sunset, by Sam from Power Health & Wellness.
As the evening unfolds, you’ll experience the calming effects of yoga, the restorative warmth of the sauna, the refreshing contrast of the sea, and good food shared with great company.
The evening begins at 6:00pm, with a beautiful sunset Yoga.
Please arrive 15 minutes early where possible.
