Welcome to my 30 Day Healthy Habit (online) Challenge - A fantastic way to improve your health and well-being without a diet or a gym. Each day brings you a new challenge, completable in under 30 minutes from your own home, that will have a beneficial impact on your health and hopefully create some habits that you will continue long term. Whats involved? There won't be any "Do 50 push ups" or "Ban all junk food", this isn't what this challenge is about. Your 30 challenges are based around simple healthy lifestyle habits that will improve your wellbeing and mindset towards your health. Some take just 5 minutes from your sofa, and some may include going for a walk. We'll pop some simple habits into your morning and evening routines and work on seeing how the smallest daily actions can make the biggest impact. BONUS: You’ll also have access to a private group to chat with others on the same challenge, share your progress and get inspiration for ways to complete the challenges. Are you ready to start?
