Service Description
𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 Yin Yoga is a slow, floor-based practice focused on stillness, deep release and restoring balance in both body and mind. Postures are held for longer periods, allowing time to soften, breathe and unwind, supporting flexibility, mobility and nervous system regulation. 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 & 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 • Improved flexibility and joint mobility • Reduced muscle tension and stiffness • Calm the nervous system and support recovery • Increased body awareness and relaxation 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 • 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (all is provided): Yoga mats, bolsters and blocks for support, and blankets • 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼: Very low intensity with long-held postures and minimal transitions • 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗯𝗲: Calm, quiet and grounding – candle-lit and designed to help you slow right down 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 Yin Yoga is coached by Emma Davis, authentic 200-hour yoga Teacher, whose calm, attentive teaching style creates a safe and supportive space to fully relax into the practice. Emma offers clear guidance and thoughtful adjustments, helping you settle into each posture with confidence and ease. 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 • Props and options are provided to support different bodies and needs • Previous injuries, joint issues or mobility concerns should be disclosed to the instructor before class. A health questionnaire must be completed before attendance • 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿: This class is suitable for everyone unless formal medical guidance advises otherwise. • 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲: Suitable during pregnancy. Please inform the instructor before class so appropriate support and modifications can be offered
