Service Description

𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦 A new resistance training class that empowers you to move in a way that feels right for you. With the freedom to choose your weights and pace, this class is designed to help you build strength, improve movement, and tone your body in a private, supportive and uplifting environment. upLIFT is not about the grind - we focus on moving to feel good, and to build confidence in our bodies and our ability. All you need is water and possibly a sweat towel for more energetic classes. 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 • All sessions begin promptly at the time stated, please arrive 5 minutes early. • Minimum age for attendance is 16 years. • No children or bystanders are permitted within the venue. • 6 hour cancellation policy for rescheduling applies - otherwise booking is lost.
