Service Description

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 Specialist: Post-Natal is designed to help women safely rebuild strength, stability and confidence in their body after pregnancy and birth. Classes focus on reconnecting the core and pelvic floor, improving posture, restoring mobility and gradually rebuilding full-body strength. Sessions progress carefully so you can return to exercise safely while supporting your recovery and adapting to the physical demands of life with a new baby. 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 • Core and pelvic floor reconnection • Postural strength and stability • Gentle full-body strength rebuilding • Mobility and tension relief • Confidence returning to exercise 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 • 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (all is provided): You’ll have access to supportive equipment such as light weights, resistance bands, mats and props to help rebuild strength gradually • 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼: Gentle to moderate intensity with controlled movements and plenty of guidance. Exercises progress gradually as strength and confidence return • 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗯𝗲: Supportive, encouraging and reassuring. A welcoming environment to reconnect with your body and rebuild strength at your own pace 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 Classes are led by Emma, a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Pre and Post-Natal Exercise Specialist, and GP Referral qualified instructor. Emma understands the recovery process after pregnancy and will guide you through safe progressions that support your body as it rebuilds strength and stability. 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Participants should have received medical clearance to return to exercise after birth. A short health questionnaire will be completed before attending so we can ensure the class is suitable for you.
