ℹ️ About This Class: Pilates uses slow and controlled movements to sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility. 🤸🏼‍♂️ What’s Involved: The majority of the class is spent on the mat, with minimal time standing and no impact - making it easy on the joints. We flow through movements focusing on each area of the body to create full body results. 🚹 Health Considerations: This class does not include any jumping and so is easy on the joints whist maximal on muscular endurance and toning. Pregnancy: Suitable during pregnancy for those who regularly exercise. We do not recommend starting pilates for the fist time whilst pregnant. Doctors clearance will be needed postpartum. 👤 About the instructor: Gerry Leanne is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and certified and insured class instructor. Certificates are displayed within the venue. *️⃣ Booking Terms * Your booking must be made by yourself via your own account. You cannot book for somebody else. * Evolve Studios is an adults-only venue. Nobody under the age of 16 is permitted in the venue. * Session begins promptly at time stated. Please at least 5 minutes prior. * Cancellation policy applies (viewable before confirming your booking) Refunds are not available.

You can reschedule your session up to 6 hours before start time. Cancelling within 6 hours will mean that session is lost with no ability to rebook. Refunds are not available for any reason. Please reschedule within the correct window if you cannot attend a session. This is to be done by yourself in your account, this cannot be done for you.
