Combining cardio conditioning with strength and toning, Kettlebell for Beginners uses a mix of slow controlled and fast-paced movements to create the ultimate workout for the widest variety of goals. Burn body fat, improve endurance, increase strength, tone the muscles, improve mobility and work up a sweat with your choice of weight to suit your needs. Age Requirement: 16+ Session begins promptly at the time stated, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior. Cancellation Policy applies (viewable upon booking). Refunds not available. Nobody under the age of 16 is permitted inside the venue

Cancellation Policy

You can reschedule your session up to 6 hours before start time. Cancelling within 6 hours will mean that session is lost with no ability to rebook. Refunds are not available for any reason. Please reschedule within the correct window if you cannot attend a session. This is to be done by yourself in your account, this cannot be done for you.
