ℹ️ About This Class: A 90 minute hybrid workout that will improve your endurance, strength and all round fitness and ability. Begin with 30 minutes resistance training in Studio 1, followed by a 20-30 minutes cycle in Studio 2, and top it off with an endorphin boosting outdoor run. 🤸🏼‍♂️ What’s Involved: Your instructor will set up training stations with options for all abilities, and set up your bike to suit your height and preferred position. You have total control over your resistance (difficulty) and speed throughout the sessions, and can chose your number of loops within the 15-30 minute run. 🚹 Health Considerations: Fusion includes weight training, endurance cycling and running. This may not be suitable for those with injuries or health conditions. Please discuss with the trainer before booking to check suitability and adaptions that can be made. Pregnancy: This class can be suitable during pregnancy for those who regularly participate in exercise. We do not recommend beginning this class for the first time whilst pregnant. 👤 About the instructor: Chris Reader is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and certified and insured class instructor. Certificates are displayed within the venue. *️⃣ Booking Terms *Your booking must be made by yourself via your own account. You cannot book for somebody else. * Evolve Studios is an adults-only venue. Nobody under the age of 16 is permitted in the venue. * Session begins promptly at time stated.
