Spin Class Poll
This winter I’ll be introducing Rhythm Ride - A style of spin class that moves more closely with the music, matching the beat to include choreography to work the upper body too 🚴🏽♂️💪🏽
There are three ways Rhythm Ride could be implemented:
• As its own class separate to Spinergie/Classic Spin
• Replacing Spinergie with Rhythm Ride instead
• Merging with Spinergie to create a class that’s part classic spin and part rhythm ride.
