This 6 week, interactive programme is created to keep you on track and accountable towards your goals, bringing you faster results and a much greater chance of long term success! IMPORTANT: Please set your start date as a Monday so the steps fall on the correct days. Programme Includes: ▫️Goal setting and planning ▫️Daily app reminders to keep you on track ▫️Weekly check-ins to record your progress ▫️Motivation and weekly challenges ▫️Contact to myself for support and guidance where needed This programme runs for 6 weeks and can be repeated continuously throughout your journey. ❕This programme does not include any specific exercise or nutrition plans, and is used as an accountability tracker alongside your chosen exercise and nutrition plan/choices.
